0.2.1-jrich-3.Fixes:
- setup, preflight, and training run as the invoking WSL/Linux UID:GID;
- legacy root-owned trainer cache/work files receive a narrowly scoped offline ownership repair;
- setup downloads commit-pinned Hugging Face snapshots, verifies offline completeness, and checks explicit singleton sizes/SHA-256 values before sealing;
- image and archive modes are deterministic and non-root-readable;
- archive-only imports work from any working directory;
- Windows users can start with
start-windows.cmd, with documented process-only PowerShell policy handling.
