0.2.1-jrich-4.Fixes:
- whole-device GPU memory is labeled as device-scoped; a pre-execution baseline and observed device deltas are recorded without claiming process attribution;
- local run disk evidence is refreshed after the client and retraining bundles are written;
- unmeasured local evaluation values are null with an explicit
not_measuredstatus instead of fabricated durations and zeros; - hardware guidance is now 8 GB VRAM, 8 CPU cores minimum / about 16 recommended for the measured completion time, 32 GB RAM, and 40 GiB free.
